THE WIND

The wind and the tide

Caress and wash the shore.

You can hear it whisper

Through ancient crowded forest floors.

Through the Oak, Chestnut and Beech

And it whirls the autumn leaves

Around in the breeze.

It howls and crashes over oceans fathomless deep.

It shapes great mountains high

And wildly growls through mighty seas.
