Poem -

WINDMILLS

I might thank you
If I knew of you, I might thank
you for the fairy ride or the
magic view
Or, for inviting me to ride
there too...

For sailing windmills with me
and holding my hand, for
sharing with me... that
Forever land

But I don't remember who you
are now, I seem to have
forgotten the most of it,
Somehow...

Though I carry the sky, that
gorgeous yellow sky, the
sensations of the floaty air,
and the windmill...
You and I up there

I might thank you for the
secrets shared, if I knew who
you were or why I was there
but

I forgot all the truths told
when I fell back down home
Was just aware of the comfort
of all I had known, I just...

Remember the windmills and
that fine yellow sky, the great
feeling of love as those truths
floated by, and...

My heart feels so much lighter
since I woke

Have you ever woken up.from a dream Max and known...just known that you had been visiting with someone Soooo familiar who had something to tell you but could not  when you woke...name that familiar person, being??? Yet the power of the dream stays with you?? I have had such dreams only a few times in my life...that is what I have tried to write about here. Thanks for taking the time love X

The fish of the sea

Yes, actually I have found myself meeting with my most dear school friends from the past over the years. We talk for a while in this landscape, but only when we try to exchange phone numbers that I'm pulled out. I'd like to think that it is reality, but I know it's not the case, never seen them again since the dreams started. Had a few weird ones set in the future too, when my mums hospitalized and I have a daughter called Lucy, extremely strange... dont let them get to me though, everything has a way of working out in the end, so theirs no point chasing Ghosts. Thanks for sharing your stories with me Marion, hope my answer helps! Peace and smiles. Your friend Max

What a great write Marion. I'm a fan of your poems I love em.
This one reached me, it made me think of a few different things as I read it but I get it. I have been there and felt that intensity.
I've dreamt of someone but they look completely different in my dream yet I know it's them from the energy.
Beautiful!
Have to pin, I'll want to read this again

Being Me

Marion!  This is another fabulous pin worthy poem!  I feel like this when I have one of the rare dreams (usually ends up a nightmare) about my ex. I feel so relieved when I wake up. x
