I may not have the powers ,
To rewrite, Nor rewind,
The hands of time,
the winds of change,
That blew me here today,
The turbulence, nor the wave,
But i can filter the light that remains,
Remembering the great times,
All the love once shared,
The moments of fun,
The times you cared,
I'll keep them altogether,
In a safe place of my heart,
I cannot rewind ,
We cannot restart,
I'd rather be whole again,
Than to be blown apart,
To live within forgiveness,
Than to die with an empty heart.
