Wine

Wine

I don't believe its a sin.

To take some wine in.

Its says in the bible.

Its not what goes in that defiles.

So I have a glass of wine.

Every once in a while.

It makes me smile.

With it I'll fill my night with cheer.

As I celebrate the new year.

I prefer a sweet Merlot.

It lifts my spirit when I'm feeling low.

And I think I'll buy my neighbor a bottle of wine.

And a case of beer.

For Christmas this year.

Just to spread the holiday cheer.
