Poem -

Wings

By Magic Bellmore, Queen of Chaos

Wings

Falling so fast,
Damaged too far,
Tattered and torn,
Beaten and worn,
Walls and worries,
Heart lost and broken,
Jaded eyes and soul,
Gives wings unknown to the rest of humanity,
Wings of resilience,
Strength,
Power and Luck,
Fly up high,
Out of reach from those poison arrows infecting your heart,
Fly far away,
Away from the chaos poisoning your mind.

The fish of the sea

Love this simple write Bell! It just seems to resonate with me, very clever. Kind regards. The Fish of the Sea.

Being Me

Love This. Pinned to read again. It holds such truth in the emotion bleeding through the ink. Fabulous poem x

Fly up high,
Out of reach from those poison arrows infecting your heart,

Such a positive piece that I like very much! Well penned 5+++++, particularly someone told me before that "wing/s" is an overused word in poetry but you've done a wonder. Thanks for sharing.
