Winters frozen, the sun shall meet

The day she named, her sister ran far, far from the sea

Open eyes wide like stars, heavy in the sky

Didn’t know why she came, just felt she was young and could fly

Laced with lies, her alibi the was circles of the sky

From a small texas town, folks looking, judgments been passed down

The name was a given, found her on new york street,

Cold and clever, upon broken wings

Hey buddy, hey pal, you’ve been looking around in this big city town

Frozen steps, tears they drop, but not often kept

My brother I can give her no name, for she is gone, for she is gone

Swept beneath petals deep, the sea is lock
