Christmas cheer, crowds aplenty love just fills the air, still sad am I everyday just knowing you're not there
Winter windows, winter memories but, oh! those winter feelings.
Each winter season brings so much pain, seasons I just wish there were three, at least then you'd still be here standing right next to me.

The day I heard you'd passed away so close to Christmas day, I fell to my knees, clasped my hands and to god I'd swear to pray.

Unanswered pleas, a silent response, no answer cured my grief, December won't ever be the same, until from my pain I feel relief.

Well thank you FOTS, the loss was 17 years ago, but as with everyone who has lost a loved one no matter how long or how recent it was, it stays with you for a lifetime in your heart ♥️
