Winter loss

Winter loss

The sky so dull touched cold in shades, with trees so brown in colour.Β
The sun has shed it's sunny true with dank, deep dark, much duller.Β
You feel the coldness will be soon, with autumn clouds so bitter.Β
Soul of summer fades away, the skies have lost there glitter.Β
Breath is seen in bursts of steam, each open mouth projects.Β
Ample colds begin to fold as whitened shrouds reflect.Β
Darkened days with darker nights creep in with shadows blue.Β
Reminding how I used to feel, the day that I lost you.Β
For all my days I'll feel this way, but fine within my grace.Β
For in those shadow's I can hide from loves lost cold embrace.
