Winter Wonders

Winter Wonders

As I lay awake
On a blanket of snow
A fluffy ball
Descends down low
As it gently lands
By my side
I pick it up
And look inside
Oh there it was
A wondrous surprise
For it's finally here
After all my tries
I gasp and jump
Overflown with joy
For there it was
My favourite toy
