Wise Words

Wise words, seasoned by Time, are worth
A thousand futile distractions.
This quick fix culture only serves
Those who cling to crude emotions.
Wise words are born in deep silence;
In contemplation. Although crowds
Are the rage, in the modern sense,
Among spectacles that gleam
So brightly, fleeting are their dreams.
