Poem -

WOE IS ME

My nose has lost all sense of smell
This sore throat means I can't talk too well
No taste buds on my tongue do I possess
Woe is me I have to admit and confess

I think my head is spinning like a topĀ
How I wish all these illnesses would stop
Did I mention I feel dizzy, queasy and sickĀ
My bones are as heavy as a ten tonne brickĀ

Think I will rest a while on my unmade bed
Feeling sorry for myself it has to be saidĀ
Keep drinking my fluids is the only solution
Block out all city noises and the awful pollution
