Woven By Faith

The storm came bringing with it no warning. Howling in unbearable pain that stung, burning my heart, scorching me, scaring me, and tarnishing me with stains of hurt, I developed an endurance that would force my mere being, my spirit, my soul to be challenged; for it was under attack -  I listened.

"Woven By Faith", I cried out to God for life, to live, to breathe.

The depth - the extreme flow of lingering tears were comforted "Woven By Faith"; for the essence of the mere foundation of which I stood - had been shaken.

Although loosened by the impact, it was a solid foundation that was "Woven By Faith"- all to become anew - for the elements of its composition was solid; it was being tested for strength, as well as perseverance.

The nerve-endings within my body ached; the pain succumbed to the sting of death; it had a life of its own that breathed, moaned, and ached; penetrating and slashing at the mere essence of my soul, yet, I am 'Woven By Faith".

I shall continue to stand.

Though shaken, I breathe.

I live hurting from within from the stains of the many scars, though not visible, the depth of tarnished-scars penetrates, breathing with every heartbeat.

I see, though I wear glasses; I bleed - for I am human; I believe; and I stand; for I am "Woven By Faith".
