Poem -
You found me
As I lay,
Always in wait.
For nothing but hope,Β
all I find is fear
I heard a sigh.
Something colliding with the floorΒ
and I checked for a soul.
I saw noneΒ
I can still feel
a claw around my heartΒ
smiling, waiting for it to give out.
But I win
because I found my hope.
Under the fear,
I hear youΒ
