Online here in the United States they have a Website known as Craigslist where you can connect with people in your area or surrounding where you can buy and sell...

They also have a Personal Ad section for people to meet like a dating site....

But, people were using it for sex trafficking and other illegal things...

People have been raped, robbed and murdered doing deals through the site...

Congress only had them take out the Personal Ad you can still but and sell items...
