Mom

I need you to know I am glad you never threw me away
I need you to know I think about you every day
I know it was your choice,, I know you could of walked away 
But you never, I am glad you stayed 
I need you to know I am thankful you taught me right from wrong
I need you to know, I am thankful, that it is you,  you made me strong
When I am  alone and scared 
I play George Jones and country music 
I need you to know I play it , even when I am blue  
This poem is from to me to you and please know deep in your heart my words are true
Thank you for loving my kids like you do, if you never helped me,
I need you to know I  would be nothing without you
 I need you to know you are talented and the best at everything you do. I try my hardest to be more like you but I always fall down and I can't even come close to fill that shoe.
When I feel the world and everyone hates me.
I thank the Lord...I am greatful your the one person who never turned your back on me
I did alot of wrong in this life, I need you to know  it's because of you I am able to get out of my bed and this time to  think twice
Mom I need you to know I appreciate the many times you had my back 
Even though all the times I was out of wack?
When i did something bad , and the fingers were pointed at me, u would always blame the other person that was standing by me....,..Even though I would tell you , no mom , it was me..
I always thought I was unlucky and life is tough and  walked with  my head down thinking life is rough
I need you to know I was blind but now I see, I had life's greatest gift all along on a platter and it was in front of me!
Love from a family is all you need.. 
I need you to know i watched alot of movies with you, and it is those times..I will  cherish, and all the times we played cards until 2.
I know when it is all said and done I have to face the good Lord on my own. And when that time comes I will bow my head to him  and I will remember all the love you shown.
If I could. ...I  would give the moon and stars to you , if I could, I wonder if I ask God, I wonder if he would?... 
I need you to know all my life I never had even thought of another mom, NOT A CHANCE, it is just you,...
.I need you to know it is you... u all along
Mom I have a hard time to say exactly how I feel, i don't know how,so I hope you know my  words in this poem are real. 
You were there for me for everything in my life.i remember you taking me to the zoo, figure skating,  brownie classes too. I am lucky God chose you
You came  with me to moms and tots, right down to buying my first clarinet  I was in the band, I appreciate the times you took us to the beach to play in the sand
 Mom I need to ask you if you can you forgive me for being selfish and the many times I was bad. Please believe me mom, that  I am sorry I hurt u and made you sad
I need you to know how special you are to me
I need you to know mom,
 I am sorry it took me so long  to finally understand,........ that God wasn't trying to hurt me, that this is all part of his plan♥️
