You Still Haunt My Dreams

You Still Haunt My Dreams

I remember the day

and time

you and I

both left London

from the same airport

different runways

I knew I'd never see you again

yet, every night...

you still haunt my dreams.

Such a wealth of sadness in these lines.
Somebody once said( probably someone famous) that we have to.have the ying and yang... light dark...sadness joy etc in order to truly experience. Im not so sure... mankind could probably do without all the sadness for a century or two. Full of soul my friend x
