Poem -
With Your Style
The bullying has got out of hand at schools
or has the kids become soft
stop
let me light up as we walk
continue
I think parents need to
go back to a older style of thinking
forget telling the principal
forget telling the teacher
go right up to the bully
with a book bag full of rocks
and beat'em down
until the rocks spill out on the ground
Don't kill yourself
but get mean and defend yourself
if they talk about you on facebook
then talk about them on facebook
For god is with you my innocent child
with the heart of an angel
you must understand
you have a wonderful smile
but the world we live in is wild
and doesn't fit well
with that style

totally agree that schools have got soft on bullies ,even look at someone the wrong way ,its classed as being a bully .my daughter just has a look that you would think cuts through you but if she looked at someone and they go tell .she would have been punished . she was always a good girl ,but because of some one not liking her look she was on the bully list . my other daughter was bullied badly shes 10 never fought ,does well at school and the bully gets away with it time after time . i tried to talk to the parents but their attitude stunk. in the end social workers got involved with the girl and things died down . the school involved them as she smashed things in school one day yet they gave her more chances when it came to my daughter. i get angry and think of the old way too but some bullys need more intervention as we don't know whats really behind it .violence only breeds violence and its too easy to go back. but i think you have said just what a lot of people think when they see a child in that position. its a hard subject but a subject that needs addressed more . tina x
