Bailey Finds A Home

A cat named Bailey is in an alley to see if a person is in sight.
Bailey is a stray alley cat and goes anywhere she wants.
She want a loving family to take care of her.

The next day, Bailey was walking down a sidewalk, and then 
came to a different alley. Suddenly, she smelled Tuna Fish,
her favorite food.

The Tuna Fish smells was coming from an open window in the
fourth house down the alley. Bailey jumped up on the windowsill
where the smell was coming from and peered through the window.

Bailey saw a women opening a can of tuna fish. I wonder if
that women will want to take care of me?'' Bailey though, as
she stared hungrily at the food.

''Maybe I can get the tuna fish if I go through the window''
Bailey thought. But then she saw a screen on the window.
Bailey jumped down from the windowsill. Bailey saw a
door near the window and went over to it. She tried to
open it with her paws, but it was locked. ''I'm not going
to stop looking for an owner'' Bailey thought.

Bailey then walked down the backs sidewalk and into the
backyard. ''Maybe I will find someone in the backyard''
Bailey thought.

When in the backyard, Bailey saw another open window on the
side of the house and jumped up on the window sill. Bailey saw
a young boy through the window. She meowed to get the
boy's attention.

The boy, Ari, heard Bailey's meow and went over to the
window and carried her inside. Ari saw that Bailey had a
collar and a tag, but no address.

''Come here Bailey, my family will take care of you. I just
need to ask my parents'' Ari said to Bailey, reaching out his
hand so Bailey could lick his fingers. Bailey licked Ari's fingers.

Ari knew his younger sister, Selima, loves cats, so he called
to her: ''Selima, I found a cat''. Selima was excited to see the cat
so she rushed to Ari's room.

''Where did you find that cat?'' Selima asked Ari. ''I heard her meow
at my window, and so I let her in'' Ari replied. ''Wow that's lucky''
Selima said.

Ari and Selima go downstairs to find their parents. Once they
do, they ask if they can keep Bailey.

Ari and Selima's parents don't agree to keep Bailey at first, but
then they do after everyone agrees to take care of Bailey equally.
Ari and Selima promise their parents they beg for a second pet.

Now Bailey has a warm home and a loving family to take care
of her. It took a month for Bailey to find a home, but Bailey
never game up on finding a home.
