CAPSULES: 9 - This is my regular column writing on every Tuesday's to help those who have problems with their own life and to make a story-related article for the benefit of our readers. Many subjects can be brought to light through this column. Why doctors prescribe capsules? Capsules are easier to swallow and are used by manufacturers when the drug can’t be compacted into a solid tablet. They are also useful when the drug needs to be mixed with oil or other liquid to aid absorption in the body. It is normally a shell or container made of gelatin that contains the drug. Like this, In our daily life, there are so many issues which cannot be solved or swallowed by many people. This column will be a weekly wise posting story lines or threads on various issues by me. VIRTUE HAS ITS OWN REWARDS 

Virtue means kindness, compassion or the mentality to do good deeds in life. A virtuous man does not harm others. He likes to help them. Such a person does not expect anything in return for his good deeds. Instead, he gets satisfaction of having done a virtuous thing. His deeds are unselfish and good. Virtue is really an inborn gift , although it can be cultivated in our minds. A virtuous mind is always at ease. It is free from pestering thoughts. A virtuous person has invaluable peace of mind, through his virtuous life. Peace of mind is invaluable because it is often difficult to get. Only through virtue, we can get real peace. And if we have peace of mind, we will find life smooth and pleasant. Where there is Love there is Life. When life becomes chaotic, stressful and hard in general, focusing less on the fear of the situation and more on the love around us helps ease the pain. Love is there for us in many forms, a romantic relationship, a parent and child, a friendship, a kind gesture from a stranger, or an unexpected smile. Love makes us feel alive and is the most enduring and constant in all that changes in life. We are all united through love’s power, and its energy compels us to reach out to one another, transcending hatred, fear and suffering with peace, joy and harmony.
