TOWARDS DARKNESS
Life is towards darkness
What is left over even otherwise?
In this world of beauty!
Why do we bother with this suffering?
In this day to day life?
Every second since we are born,
We are a second closer to our deaths,
We live, to die, I feel it,
The agony, despair
Beyond My Blood That Flows,
Twilight Body that Grows,
I am edging towards Darkness,
Negativity within me coming out,
My Will to Live leaving me,
Everyday is the same,
Life never changes,
People stay corrupt,
Love is losing its meaning,
What is to live at this point?
What is the reason for doing so?
In the end, all end up, In a Shallow,
Cold, Grave, All are born from darkness;
All will return to darkness.

WILLIAMSJI MAVELI Ji,
Your poem titled " TOWARDS DARKNESS " is a poem that describes the existential crisis regarding life. Yes, of course, scientifically speaking, life gushed out of the Black Hole and ultimately it will merge with it for sure. But, in this world, in actual sense, darkness is the norm. Only through darkness, people get into a status of wayward nature which is adulated by the majority people of the world who are more interested in considering fair as foul and foul as fair. Here in this world, the dark force runs roughshod on innocent lives. It seems that we live in a world of pretentious nature where everything is transactional and business like. The new saviour in town is money with which everybody thinks that anything can be done and dusted. The most cherished emotions of the world are up for grabs in today's world using money as an exchange material. In this vicious circle of darkness, everybody swims with the currents and nobody does have the guts to stand up to the forces of tyrannical darkness. The sorry thing is that in today's world, darkness is depicted as a redemptive power rather than positive in nature. Of course, here darkness is afterall accorded a twisted representation by the crooked minds. Kudos to you for composing such a poem of outstanding nature.
