Elizabeth J White

Joan Elizabeth, was born into a military family on Shaw Air Force Base , Sumter, SC.to Johnny and Carolyn Norwood.  Her dad was Career Air Force , with 20 years of service he retired to Greenville SC. Her mother worked very hard to make all those many houses , into homes. Always loving to create she said, she does not,  remember a time when

she wasn't drawing. Her mom said her first creation (As a toddler) was with crayon , on her mothers pots and pans, she has been creating ever since.

her name now is Joan Elizabeth white but she signs all her art with middle name first.

Elizabeth had exhibited throughout SC, and  displayed her art in a gallery in Greenville

SC called Les Beaux Arts Gallery since late 2012 and was active in First Fridays, the

gallery recently closed its doors and currently her work can be found on display at

Starving Artist Café in Easley SC.  . She works in different med. and paints from her heart.

She works with traditional art and also abstracts. She never tires of creating.
