So, the binding, the cover, the pages and ink are unique. I can vouch that you will never have held nor read a tome of its kind before. Well it’s obvious you haven’t, as the book is from Hell, right? 
You’ve noticed the peculiarities and special qualities of the book, haven’t you? Feel the page now. Properly, between finger and thumb. Now underline with your finger and read a sentence or two. Can you feel the mild heat that radiates off the page and soothes or the slight luminescence of each word of truth? The pages themselves feel as smooth and sensual as the finest silk ever woven, though they won’t tear nor degrade or fire consume and liquid will not bleed the text. How truly miraculous is that? Awe inspiring I’d say. Have you heard the voices emanating as you turn each page? Some lamentation or what not, it’s very faint like a lover's whisper, but they are there. If you can’t at the moment it doesn’t matter, they have very little to say.
