Gabriel

From among the lowly, comes the strong, they that would guard the way. Somewhere in eternity, angels of varying abilities came forth off their Creator's hands. This story is about the lowest of them all, yet the strongest of them all. To be a gate keeper, is not unlike being a bouncer, you have to have the goods to do the job. One such Angel whose name is Gabriel, meaning gate keeper, was given the task to guard the way most holy. Lucifer whose brightness stood head and shoulders above all the Angelic host gave rise to selfish ambitions, and God had reasons to keep this Angel turned hostile out by way of the gate keeper. Trembling yet unwavering, Gabriel with easy ability, keeps the way into holiness for he feared God more then any other being therefore Gabriel done with ease what he was created to do.
While Lucifer gathered sympathizers to his aid, Gabriel was on call and neither had time to sympathize nor fraternize with the artful deceiver. Unmoved and UN-bothered, this low but mighty Angel would obey God at all cost to himself. The spice of Heaven has always and forever will be freedom of choice, for God would not suffer any to love HIM out of fear, therefore Lucifer used this weakness in God's Armour against Him while his plot in lies gained strength. As Angel reasoned with Angel over the conflict between God's right to lay down laws as His right as Sovereign and their right to obey or disobey and the implications that will result.
Over half of the Heavenly host had sided with Lucifer, before the on looking eyes of Gabriel whose eyes stood strong at attention, and although he wondered at the implications, his readiness never wavered in the face of uncertainty. Soon couples of Angels were seen leaving the meeting place of Lucifer and his supporters. While the meeting being held on the Mountain of God, where Gabriel ever stood ready to guard on pain of death, still convened in seeming silence. As the crowds gathered in front of Gabriel, not to challenge him, but to await that Angel who stood head and shoulders above Lucifer hoping to see Him first before the implications of these sad events broke bad.
Just as a host of Angels mounted, Gabriele's face turned to stone ready as Micheal came forth from behind him with a look of steadfastness. One by one those Angels coming from Lucifer's campaign began to renounce any sympathy and asked to be forgiven for the doubt they showed even though not in Micheal's presence. Before long, more and more of the Heavenly host began to make peace with Micheal Who's name means He Who Is Like God. It was not long before Lucifer, notice his own ranks dwindling down to next to nothing, when he felt the need to put an end to this foolishness, but not without one last ditch effort to make his own situation right with the use of the sympathizers he had left. Coming to Micheal himself and wanting a private audience with This Captain of the Host of Heaven, Lucifer asked to be reinstated to his old position and things go back to the way they were. But this deceiver had no idea of the Holiness of The Father, and being in His presence however innocent his rebellion, gave rise to his needing another position. This mighty Angel did not take to kindly to this news, and what was an act of God's forbearance, became the call to war. Micheal could not allow Lucifer his old position back for Lucifer defiled himself beyond return. God the FATHER is Holy beyond belief, and Lucifer was created to withstand God, and now that he had questioned God, to place himself next to God now would be disastrous. But Lucifer did not see or hear God's mercy, all her could see is his pride and vowed in his heart to take by force what was not freely given him.
Running back to those Angels who awaited his verdict from Micheal, he told them it was too late for them and that it had been decided against them, when in fact it was a bold face lie, the first of its kind in all of Heaven. Lucifer also told them that they had a better chance working together then any of them had working alone, and with this there was war in Heaven.
Still at his post of Duty, Gabriel left to Micheal and the other Angels what was in his and all of Heaven's interest.  And watched with dispatch while Micheal and His remaining loyal Angels kicked out Lucifer and his  rebellious by default Angels as with no contest. All of Heaven was sadden for this new turn of events, and wondered what would become of their comrades who found themselves in outer darkness.
Lucifer gambled against all odds and lost, for a place in Heaven was never again to be his portion, now only darkness and forebodings. Other gate keepers were stationed to keep the way of Heaven that this foe not be readmitted. Only when outer darkness was felt did Lucifer acknowledge Micheal's offer, but alas all his cards seemed played. When an Angel was flying from Heaven on assignment, Lucifer flagged him down, not to fight with him but to ask for another audience with Micheal. When that Angel told Micheal what had happen, Micheal flew with dispatch to Lucifer to see what his request would be. Lucifer asked Micheal if that offer still stood, and Micheal with a sad heart had to tell him, heaven must not be suffered in so great a violation and therefore nothing could be done for him but the fearful looking to the Father's Judgment. When Micheal turned to fly away, He felt the coldness in Lucifer and saw Satan born who vowed to fight till his last breath or the Father's judgment, which ever came first... nj
