God Uses A Woman...
In this last and demonstrative age of expression, women in their struggles have come to know plight in such a way as never before yet from among their ranks, God would use one to being home His final messages of warnings. Man of old spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost, bringing words impressed on their minds by the Living God. Words of life for the living can bring a scorn with it that we stagger at the thought that love would inspire hatred so. Prophets were hated as others who having no good in themselves picked a life of crime to showcase their talents. Yet, humble men with no issues with pride, were called to endure a burden of guilt beyond these criminal seekers, that left them hung, stoned, beaten and as outcast, for bringing messages from the God of Love and light.
God's call can come in the form of a vision, ( where the body loses focus and the heart can stop completely and in a supernatural state life continues as if God makes it known Who is speaking) it can also come in the form of a dream ( a dream so intense it's details are brighter awake then when in sleep). One thing is for curtain, when God calls a messenger, their message will never contradict a previous message from a former prophet, for in Isa.8:28 it states clearly "...to the law and the prophets...if they speak any word against these it is because there is no light in them" ( in other words, God ain't spoke by that person, even if he or she be a Monarch).
Most of the prophets of old were men, and because of such, rise has been given to men to such an extent, women are thought not to be of value beyond child raising and homely duties. So much the more in this last generation, for women even though they have made strides to lift themselves up beyond the status Que of manly perceptions, no woman can be lifted up like the God of the bible can lift them. For God is a lover of all people, and none need suffer from a misconception of rights and privileges as given by the Creator of the Universe. It is true that God gave men the rights over women, but not before requiring submission from the man to his God. How sad then, when men demand from women what they themselves withhold from God. Or rather, can a man demand lordship from all women and still refuse God's ruler-ship at the same time. It is my understanding, that no rule is in effect that makes the rule of God of none effect, notwithstanding the word of God that states that men should rule the woman. For when anyone looks closely to the implication, God created the man whole first, and when the man noticed that he was undone, God divided the man in sleep, and he only became whole again when he was united with himself in her. So to rule over her is to rule over himself, and how could that be, if he indeed lack submission to the God who created both halves.
To be a Messenger for God is no easy task, oh yes some look and long for the glory in it, but if the truth be told, the glory belongs to God and He is not about to share that with any. God has been known to embarrass His prophets, like Hosea with a whore wife, upset His prophets, like Jonah, and in this case use a woman name Ellen G. White and out right confuse a lot of folk. Ellen Harmon was a sister to a twin, and somewhat lesser of the twin. It is my hunch that her sister was a rough one and the stone thrown might have been meant for the sister and truck Ellen instead. The stone did so much damage to Ellen that she had to come out of school at an early edge causing her education to be interrupted. What makes me say that the sister of Ellen may have been responsible, is the simple fact that the truths sent to Ellen never found a home in the heart of her twin sister which sets my mind adrift in this subject. I know i may be well out of line with my thoughts, but knowing the devil somewhat, i know this was use as a way to terrorize Ellen when you consider the nature of twins and the working of being a prophet or messenger for God. Two other men were called to be spokesmen for God but refused for different reasons. A white man was called first, but did not want to do it so he rebelled against God and lost his soul in doing so. A man of color was called to bare word for God, but being black in the early 1800's was not a good time to bring news to white folks even if it was good news from God. So he was allowed mercy, and God being fed up, chose a young uneducated mix girl to bring words to the last generation of Earthlings just before God's wrath is poured out without mercy.
For a woman who did not have formal schooling, she wrote many books, and the book called the Desire of Ages, has become the best book outside of the bible to showcase the life and legacy of Jesus. Councils of health, and or diet, truths in the bible hard to grasp or understand, God gave light and guidance through Ellen White, and God's tips on vegetarian living still rock the World who are just now coming to grips with these truths. Being a woman with a husband, she became a reproach to the brethren, for how do you quiet a woman in church with a word from God? If God refused a preacher, she was told by God to tell the preacher sit down, for God has not spoken by you. She was never ordained by the church, yet God smiled and was pleased to use Ellen down to the faithful hours of her last moments. Yes she had troubled children, her husband died early, and church leaders had fun pushing her this place and the next, and God Who called her was faithful in all her care, yet, the fact that God did use a woman in these foreboding times, gives evidence that God is no respecter of persons. God can and will use women just as well as a man, and regardless of what others say or do, if God has His hand on you, you may not need an ordination of men to do God's will, but in all things make sure your words do no contradict those who where led by God who came before you.
How sad now, we have come to that time in history, were the name of Ellen G. White is being pushed out of the history books almost as vigorous as the name of Jesus. Folk hate to hear any message of Ellen White, claiming the bible alone, yet the God of the bible is far removed by the ideas that have become linked to the bible that have nothing to do with God at all. While the bible is the book that all quote when they want to be gay, drunk, or indifferent, it is unheard of to find a faithful student of Ellen G. White without a Wholesome view of Jesus and Him crucified. This simple woman of faith and obedience stood for God, and fought against slavery, while telling of the dangers of inter marriage while leaving the choice of lovers in tact she promoted the last warning of Revelations 14:6-12 as the special truths for this time, and none need be lost if they heed these warnings and take the counsel of the truth Witness (Jesus Himself, Who tells us to buy of Him...) in Revelations 3: to the church of Laodicea.
Ellen G. White left a legacy of truth, that if heeded, becomes a lesser light that leads to the greater light, that light of the World which when it has finished, will produce the image of the eternal God with in those who behold it. For by beholding we become change, and sadly enough, our world is changing for the worst everyday. Notwithstanding the rule of men, the steps to the grave are filled with drops of blood. Women are despised more today then at any other time in history, yet it was a woman, who like Moses, led the people to the borders of the heavenly Canaan (City of God). Ellen G White will never be given her just reward for service well done down here and rightly so, but in that City bright and fare, God will recognize her and so will Moses and Elijah, for they have seen with their own eyes, what a woman can do who submits herself to the leading of God's holy Spirit. She was an uneducated woman by Worldly standards, but highly schooled and trained by Angels who excel in strength. Laid to rest a warrior, her purple purse and hat forever silence in this sinful Earth, she will come forth as from a sleep, and while she will come up a woman, she will be respected as a child of God and rightly so...nj
