Lost in Nothingness Chapter One

Maria stands at the edge of the peer, tears streaming down her glassy cheeks. She crouches down against the rough wood and covers her face. Blood seeps from her thighs and shoulders, leaking through herwrinkled dress. She slowly lifts her head and peers down at her lovely murderer.

Leaves screech as rugged shoes crush them in the distance. This was supposed to be her night, a night to feel normal, a night to feel human. They'd ruined it for her once again. They always did, always have.

Hard boots beat against the coarse wood. Blood sneers a line down her arm and onto her merciful hands in its own disgust. She wanted to stay in this life, she didn't want to leave all those who adored her. Oh how they had adored her, lusted to be her, lusted to love her. Wood sobs away from behind her begging for her to live.

With one last smile she topples herself into the pond and takes in a breath full of delicious water serving as a merciful serial killer. Her lungs burst inside of her small form as she purrs to the bottom. Sometimes she misses the blurred colors of kicking the bucket, it was almost welcoming at this point.

Life is just an axe murderer game until the murderer is bored
