CAPSULES: This is my column writing on every Tuesday's to help those who have problems with their own life and to make a story-related articles for the benefit of our readers. Many subjects can be brought to light through this column.. Why doctors prescribe capsules? Capsules are easier to swallow and are used by manufacturers when the drug can’t be compacted into a solid tablet. They are also useful when the drug needs to be mixed with oil or other liquid to aid absorption in the body. It is normally a shell or container made of gelatin that contains the drug.Like this, In our daily life, there are so many issues which cannot be solved or swallowed by many people. This column will be a weekly wise posting story lines or threads on various issues by me - WILLIAMSJI MAVELI

CAPSULES: 1 MEDITATION IS AN ART

Meditation is the art of concentration or attention and a way of relaxation or recreation. While sitting still with a straight spine, one is able to let go of all the disturbing thoughts and restlessness, and attain a single-pointed concentration. During the relaxation part of the practice, one experiences a sense of greater freedom and expansiveness. Meditation is known to have numerous health benefits, as well as psychological and emotional benefits. Some of the benefits of the regular meditation practice include reduced stress and tension, increased inner peace and joy, improved concentration and mental clarity, and development of sixth sense. Ultimately, the goal of meditation is a union or harmony of the body and the soul. Meditation is one of the best techniques whose purpose is a union with the divine in us. It is often referred as the direct flight to a powerful meditation technique for self-transformation and awakening of the higher consciousness. By this, you will learn the energization exercises for the body, techniques for concentration of the mind, and how to awaken your Soul to the highest reality of your being God.

Many thanks for your highly spiritual oriented interpretation on meditations.There are many types of meditations for human. Among those, the most significant one is spiritual transmission meditation, which involves simple steps to be practiced for purification of intellect and feelings and awakening of heart, intellect and higher subtle centers through concentration, meditation and divine grace. This inherits spiritual linkage with the structure of human love, bodily and mentally. I really understand your in-depth knowledge in this regard and I really welcome you to participate in the serious discussions on the subjects which will appear weekly in this " Capsules "

A really interesting topic to write.I know we could write pages on this topic.Meditation for me ison a basic level relaxing our mind to relieve stress.But on a spiritual context its connecting yourself to the higher power.We all know it originated in India and now different religious groups has divided it under their religious names.But we forget however we divide our basic motto is same.Some time I feel if there was no religion and politicians in this world ,this world would have been much peaceful place.No my, your differences would have exsisted.We all live in a our own well of illusions,thinking my well as the perfect well.For example..We learned in school that sun rises in the east and sets in the west.And we believe its true till our grave.But in reality sun never rises nor sets.This illusion of night and day is just because of the rotation of the earth.So I hope I made my point clear.Folks we should leave our religious and political views and jointly wish towards a better world for our future beings of this planet ,whether animals, humans or plants..

Another interesting subject. I find meditation a fascinating subject and I love reading all about Budhism as it gives us great wisdom on how to understand ourselves and the world. It is such a loving, peaceful, gentle and wise religion, we all should study their ethics and laws and should take that wisdom and apply it to our own lives and in doing so we spread peace and love.
