Meet The New Boss

“I met Boss today and my interview went very well.” said proudly Brave.

“Really, how was it going?” said Curious.

“Boss asked me about everything. I told him he needs to take it easy.’ said Brave.

“I think you got to be kidding with me, right?” Curious’s looks surprised.

“No. Boss said he surprised and he would like to think about what he can do with me, but honestly I told him that he needs some guides and he needs his willpower.” said Brave.

“You told him that?” asked Curious.

“Yes I did.” said Brave his voice gentle.

“You got to be careful what you need to say.” said Curious.

“I told him that he honestly needs more money to get high and mighty. Boss though if he used me so he would get more money unconditionally while I help him grow financially.” said Brave.

“I’m sure he would but look at this situation and think who to approach carefully.” said Curious.

“Yes I’m fully aware of that.” said Brave.

“Yeah, but you could approach the way earn some respect. You can’t speak like that to him. He’s above you.” said Curious.

“Maybe I should ask you for advice if you have experience in approaching interviews, but now is the time to use ANY power I can!!!” cried Brave.

“Yes, but you see,” paused Curious.

“It was in my mind that I HAVE TO. Any boss was the one I didn’t want to disappoint anything but I have to confront with him.” said Brave.

“But” Curious paused again.

“It was the time to do it! Boss said I’ll be the one to work with him forever. He seem begged me o work with him but I told him I hate the long hours that makes me feeling long! I dislike it! That’s why I will walk away.” said Brave.

Curious surprised, “You…told…him… like that?”

“I know how you feel, but he was soooooo happy that I was like that.” said Brave.

“Sound like a nightmare to him!” said Curious.

“He was not a difficult boss. He simply lost. He wouldn’t deal with my intelligent.” said Brave.

“Oh dear…. Shame Boss…. Debated issues. Glad we don’t have debated issues. That silly you doesn’t know what you was missing out on learning from being patient with respect.” said Curious.

“I was being patient with respect. Boss made me attitude because he said that I’m an energetic young man. He said he loved me the way I do. I know Boss tried. I’ve had noticed I inspired him enough, but ironically he made me that I can’t accept the sight of his words, he made me confident to say something, and he made me did those things. That’s why I have to confront with Boss. I didn’t want to be unhappiness when I was told to not talk back, I just want to feel happiness when I expect myself out!” said Brave.

Curious were silent and then Brave said, “And I didn’t’ want him to be unhappiness when I strike one day. I want him to feel happiness when he know I spoke my words from my heart.”

“I hope he does.” said Curious.

“I told Boss that he must find someone who will do what he likes. I know I will be a great assist to his company but he was not sure with me.” said Brave.

“A change is sometimes a great thing.” said Curious.
