Misdirection

A tree that was cut by a man in a forest, but it did not fall. Over time the tree became corrupted by the cut the man made that day. Months later a group of campers went to the forest to set up camp for the night. The tree fell on them and no one survived. Surely this would be attributed to God by the campers family, but is it not the man that cut the tree to begin with? We live in a world of corruption, in some form or another it invades all life. Yet the only form of life that is perfect, is blamed for the wretchedness. Can't you see that this life is just a passing wind. We can preserve it and guard our existence here, but lose what we are for eternity. Don't fear he who can destroy the body, fear he that can destroy the soul.
