15th August 2013 - the suicide attempt

My life hit rock bottom.. I was in debt. Lost my job due to illness and thing looked like they was never getting better.I couldn't take it no more. The voices tol me just to go.. So Iattempted bydriving my car through a building
After the attempt I saw my family in tears and the pain I have caused them and I had got help to try and get me better after months in hospital

After finding the right help my problems wasn't so bad afterall there is always help outbthere for you even though it feels as your sinking into that hole and the light is getting further and further away.
