My Vanilla Boy

         I saw him. He saw me. I couldn't help but hold his presence captive as he walked by with such swag. He knew he looked gorgeous, and he knew, that I knew as well. I felt my mouth part slightly, and I knew that I would drool like a teething baby if I didn't close it quickly. He sat two tables away from me which to my advantage was a good thing. It gave me more of a  better view of this handsome beast of a man. His hair was thick, and dark brown. Sunglasses shaded his eyes so I couldn't see what color they held, but I knew they would hold something special. His jaw line was strong and manly, any woman would fall weak in the knees with a glimp's of it.  His face was sculpted perfectly as if it were done by one of gods angels. I was attracted to this man. My whole body felt his magnetic pull, and I didn't care. I sipped my half melted slushy to take away the dryness I felt in my mouth. I tried looking away, I really did try but for some odd reason I felt that he didn't want me to look away.

"He's driving me mad, and I don't even know this guy." I screamed in my head. 

I put my head down and sipped my slushy once more. I couldn't bear to stare another second, I felt like a stalker, but then again he was staring at me too. I smiled. I lifted my head slowly to check the status of his gaze, but he was gone. A slight damper was put on my mood until I felt a presence beside me.

"Hello, beautiful" A mouth watering Australian accent spoke.

I looked up only to lock eyes with the sun glasses of the man who once sat two tables away. I smiled shyly unable to speak.

"He-he-Hello" I said nervously.

"Do you mind if I sit next to you love?" He said smiling.

Oh God! His smile was so beautiful. If I hadn't been sitting down I would have buckled where I stood. I nodded my head meekly, giving him permission to sit. He took no time in taking his seat, and he just stared at me. Immediately I felt self-conscious about how I looked.

"Your very beautiful, what is your name sweetheart?" He questioned.

His accent sent chills down my back, he's even more perfect up close than he was two tables down. I gulped, my mouth was now dry again, and my hands were clammy. Why was my body reacting this way towards this stranger. Yeah I was attracted to him, but this has never happened to me. I'm usually more confident than this. I sipped my slushy again at this point it was watered down with a hint of berry blast flavoring.

"Jade." I spoke softly

He smiled nodding his head and parted his mouth to speak.

"Beautiful name fit for a beautiful girl. I'm Benjamin." He replied with that breath taking smile.

His name was even gorgeous. This man who sat before me had me in a trance like no other and I wasn't getting out of it no time soon.

"Nice to meet you." I chirped.

He then held out his hand to shake. Taking it into mine I shook it gaining a little bit of confidence to look this well sculpted man in the eye. Well shades.

"Nice to meet you too." He replied.

My heart was melting like my slushy had  done so  a while ago, I was screaming on the inside. I took the time as we were silent, to take in his features once more. His skin was as creamy as vanilla ice cream, and it looked smooth to the touch. His eyebrows displayed perfect arches, perfectly shaved he was his face was bare and blemish free. He looked as if he just stepped out of a magazine. He reached for his face and pulled off his shades, and what I seen added sprinkles to an already perfect man. His eyes were as green as the leaves in spring with hints of yellow specks.

"Your eyes are amazing" I blurred out, without thinking.

I felt embarrassed like I just got caught red handed stealing a cookie from the cookie jar. His smile widened as he laid the shades on the table. He thanked me and from there our conversation took off. I found out a lot about him like; he's from Sydney, Australia, he moved to the states two years ago, and so much more. We really connected and he even asked me on a date. He says he wants to get to know me more the next time we meet up and I'm all for that. We exchanged numbers, and have been texting ever since we parted ways. I can tell that this is about to be an exciting journey with my vanilla boy.
