God’s work we see, we stand in awe
His love we feel, His abundant grace
Our God we praise with each breath we draw
In His arms we stand, His loving embrace

(When we state that we are embraced by God, this means a number of things involved in it, both on the level of heaven and on the level of the right spiritual mind)

Eternal life we’re promised if we seek
On earth we need to follow His will
We need to love, our hearts be meek
Come kneel before Him, your mind be still

(Prior to start loving others, we need to first learn how to accept and love ourselves with all of our little imperfections.  Before we can alter the world, we need to first change ourselves.  We need to alter our perspective and open ourselves up to new ideas and new possibilities)

We love and praise, we worship Thee
Our hearts wide open, ready for salvation
Please hear our prayers, we’re on our knees
You are our God, our only foundation

(No doubt God listens to our prayers,   the ears of God and the ears of people—those who believe and those who do not believe—are being referred throughout the Bible, telling us about God’s power and love on the one hand and his judgment on the other)

Come be with us, don’t leave our side
With You we’re strong, we can face this state
Be our light, our loving guide
Only you know our hearts, only You decide our fate.

(Many faithful Christians have found it helpful to remember God by praying at regular times during the day. These prayers, taken from the Book of Common Prayer, follow the general form of "Praying the Hours" as this has been developed over many many years, like

Lauds (When you wake up),

Glory be to thee, Lord God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ever. Amen.

Who doesn't enjoy an embrace of love? An embrace with a loved one speaks to a set of deep needs in us-for love, for belonging, for closeness, even for a sense of safety. We all recognizes this and uses the image of an embrace as a symbol for how we are treated by the things of God. As we look at the references to the word, along with related passages about being "enveloped" and being "held" in "arms," we will find that a deeply desirable picture emerges.

However, by far, the most frequent  embracing power vests with the almighty God. This frequency suggests that the idea of an embrace captures something at the heart of how God relates to us. The Song of Prayer describes this embrace in these beautiful words:- I would recall My weary Son to Me from dreams of malice to the sweet embrace of everlasting Love and perfect peace.

Believers are “the sheep of his pasture” and they listen to the good shepherd’s voice, for “he calls his own sheep by name”  The image of God’s ear indicates his attention to everything, good and evil alike.Ears are used figuratively in our everyday lives because the ear is as important as the eye to our lives. When someone does not pay attention to what we are saying, or we sense that he rejects our advice, we might say something like, “Do you hear what I’m saying?” or “Haven’t you heard a single word I’ve been saying?

Dear Poetess Chantal Emmenis, please accept my congratulations for sharing such a high-spiritual oriented verse to us, keep writing more on  vivid themes from life, wishing you always good luck, Love & regards
