The Search

     She was looking for something, not exactly sure what, except knowing there was something missing. Nobody knows that feeling unless they have been there. Looking into the faces of strangers, staring into their eyes, hoping to see a glimpse of their soul. Taking long walks on the beach, picking up stones, looking for unique shells, praying she doesn't find a crab, or any other slimy creature. Listening to stories of all cultures, of all religions, keeping an open mind, for knowledge is priceless. Knowing one day, when the time was right, she would find that person, her other half, to make her whole. That's it... She now knew she was in search of her soul mate.....
