Shadows

Ranning as fast as she can to the one place that has always meant the world  her childhood memories such long time ago her place that she felt she could be herself  free from all her  pain .

As she reaches the beach she kicks of her shoes and smiles as the sand touches her toes. She puts her head back to feel the sun in her face dace and the breeze on her hair.  Mary breaths  mary wipes her face and begins too walk along the shore breathing in the warm air .. walking along the water edge she forgets ..Listening too the waves softly coming in the birds flying in the sky.. She falls to the sand  she is absolutely beat.. Done in with the pain she carries inside the toture the torment she has been through .. Scars she carries too her grave oh why has this happened too me again .Her mind spinning around her heart pounding in her chest . She sits up and looks ahead the sky blue, sea green the sand golden as the the sun  she smiles and sits in silents for awhile .
