slaves

They were stolen from their homeland. Chained to a  slave ship. Beaten... Treated like animals, called nigger.

No rights! And lesser people Why? Because their skin colour was different to yours. Taken from their homelands to Caribbean, United Kingdom, America and so many other place. My question is Why did it all happen? I am here  because of it?

All you hear are the shackles banging next each other.....The waves crashing against the ship, the faint cry for  help. Can you imagine yourself calling out help and nobody hears you? Can you imagine the smell on that ship? The smell of poo and pee because the y had not toilet. 

The ship stops.

What is going through your mind, what question are up in your head?

Why have stopped? Where am I? Where is my tribe? The Europeans had a quest to civilise me!

 But I don't know what the future is? Am I home? Where am I? Am I in Africa? Who are all these people?

Being kept outside until the morning. What will happen? Will I go back to home?

You can hardly see anthying but you can hear crowds gathering around.

Little do you know your being sold into slavery. There is nothing you can do about!
