Sparta
They grew up in a cold, dark, forgotten world. War is all they knew; their lives depended on it. From age seven they lost their friends, families, and even their souls. These young men had nothing, and they were nothing until they could prove themselves. As they got older, stronger, and more equipped for battle they earned more rights to the army. Spartans is what they called themselves, and warriors is what they were. They feared no evil, monsters, or death; for the fear they had was fear of loss. They went into battle knowing the possibility of death, but they went and gave it their all; for the Spartans never had a fall. Hurt was nothing, pain was nothing, for they were gods amongst men. No one could compare to the strength, power, and warlike tactics they have. Everyone feared battle against them...except the Persians. Sparta traveled a great distance to battle against them, and to win a great victory. For they thought they had the win hands down, and it looked like it too. Unknowingly though the Persians had greater numbers. The Spartans lived a great life, and fought a great fight; for the Spartans live on.

fun fact about ancient spartans most of them were gay or at least bi, so much so that in order to produce enough children to construct an army they had to force certain gay men into having sex by marrying them off to women, they did this by shavign the womens head and binding their chests to make them appear more masculin so the man would have a easier job of being sexually attracted to the women, also the battle the movie 300 was based off of was pointless it lost thousands of spartans not just 300 and it could of easily been executed on a home front, sure they were tough but definitly a weird uneducated bunch. on top of all the the whole fight with the man next to you thing derived because so many spartan soldiers were gay they believed you would fight better along side your lover than just your brother so they developed their battle strategy behind this concept by making most of their soldiers phalanx soldiers.
