STORY LINE – SCREEN WRITE OF "AMORE "

SYNOPSIS: Just what is a fact film?. In contrast to the theatrical release feature film, the traditional entertainment   "movie" , the fact film is one designed primarily to inform and/or influence and also to inspire. A "message" picture, it sells ideas in virtually every field of human knowledge. Thousands of such films are made each year,  by hundreds of production units in different countries all over the world at a cost that runs very high even to millions and billions of dollars. This is where you come in, of course, someone has to write a script for each and every one of thousands of pictures in sequence. In short, this is another experimental write-up of a screen script by WILLIAMSJI MAVELI based on the story  by POETESS PIUSHA SINGH  posted at COSMO on 29th May, titled as   AMORE   - Readers are most welcome to post their most valuable comments - WILLIAMSJI MAVELI

Take 1

Indoor

A Hospital or Care home: Name of the hospital written as PRIME CARE on the top of the 10 level building.

Patients, nurses, visitors crowded at the ground floor of the lift. When the lift opens, camera opens its eyes. Focus on the elevator. Crowd getting inside: Time is around 8 am.

Take 2

Indoor

Camera on the opening door of the elevator. It shows floor No:2. A sound comes out like an announcement Floor No 2.

Take 3

Indoor

The floor is fully for ADMINISTRATION. Camera moves to read the BOARD. The door opens automatically.

Take 4

Indoor

At the admission counter:

Characters Laura and her colleague, Laura is casually going through the head lines of a leading English newspaper. After few minutes

Take 5

Indoor

Laura:

."Life has turned so busy,between ,work and kids"

Colleague:  "Yes Laura ,mine the same, since Andrew and I broke up, life is a busy ride, see you later, I have to take up a new admission..."

Take 6

Indoor

Cut to the hall of the floor. Different pauses of patients, some are sleeping, Some are just showing the gloomy faces.

Nurses running towards the patients

Indoor

One lady in her mid 60's, wearing light green top and beige skirt very busy talking on her mobile. Focus on the lady. No one can hear the sound. Only expressions need to be captured.

Take 9

Indoor

The lady is now standing beside a very tall man over six foot  in his grey PJ's lying in bed no 4, appeared not shaved and showered since months. He appeared very gloomy. Camera captures his gloomy face in different shots.

Take 10

Indoor

File of the patient is in the hands of Laura.

Ariel (Staff Nurse)   Hi Mr. & Mrs. Murphy , , I am Ariel Powell, staff nurse in this unit,Could we start the admission formalities".

Shoot Note to the Director : Mrs.Powell a very pleasant woman, discussed with me regarding Richard Murphy a retired Marine Engineer .He had a great life,with two kids settled overseas. Three months ago, Mr.Murphy collapsed in a party .He had a massive stroke and his left side is paralyzed
