The Suffering God

Grace is unmerited favor, so when God brought to mankind, a way of escape at God's expense, the Universe got a first hand view of the love of God. Oneness with God can only be a life above sin, for becoming inffected with sin, leads to the rejection of God. Who would have known that in order to save mankind, God would suffer Himself, to live without hope and mercy, in order to snatch back and redeem this run away planet.
The love of God is grace and truth, where justice and mercy live side by side. God's Word is His law, and it must be obey without question, yet because of the demonstration of God's love on behalf of the Earth, all the Universe was given both the results of Sin and the reason why God must be obeyed at all times and at all cost. Only He, knows the height and dept both of life and living, not just because God created us, but because He loves us. To live in harmony with God and His word is to live above sin, for any shadow of turning away from the expressed will of God is in the direction of sin and death, and with this episode of Earth and the drama of sin and death, the Universe got first hand why it must be that sin be not allowed to arise a second time.
When the Universe saw Jesus stagger in Gethsemane, under the weight of becoming sin for the whole human family, it was more then the Father could bare and much much more then the Angels could look upon. While evil angels lured Jesus disciples to sleep as if to make His way the harder, He resisted unto blood, and in a moment of sadness and weakness, He prayed to His Father saying "...let this cup pass from Me..." No one can ever know, the Oneness that Jesus shared with God the Father, and now the hour had come that Jesus must become what God the Father hates in order to pay the penalty for erring men. There Jesus was, in the grip of a dilemma far too deep for human words and not permitted to speak in the language of God. For God also was in Christ Jesus winning back to Himself that which was lost.
Oh yes, Jesus was beaten and scared, He was rejected of men and made fun of by those who manhandled Him. Can you see Him, being dragged through the streets in shame, as his manhood was stripped and on display for all to see? How about that man who slapped Him on his face and then laughed and said prophesy who slapped You. Yes, yes yes, they nailed Him to a cruel cross until He could take no more. What did kill Jesus? Was it the nails, was it the treatment of evil men or the lost of blood? No...oh No...the pineal gland in Jesus was unlike any other, for only He knows the Father's Glory to the fullest extent, thus the high He gets from being in communion with God is unmatched by all others.Jesus was ever on a royal high, for it was His joy and custom to pray long hours as He had unbroken communion with His Father, and now the pineal gland starts to fade to its deadly stillness. While Jesus hung on the cross in outer agony from a stilled pineal gland, a thief on His right reached out to Him for salvation and there...there...right there in that moment of greatest need Himself, the selfless Jesus, stopped His own grief and in faith gave the thief His benediction and blessing, and after a few more words here and there, Jesus gave His life into the hands of the Father Who rejected Him.
Did we forget that Jesus said this, 'no one takes my life, I lay it down and I take it up again', so there He lay in the tomb, cold and dead as Man. But the God in Him very much alive and very much rejected, for He chose to become Sin on Man's behalf, thus He as God became the enemy of God. Oh No! you and I have no idea, what hell is really like. Have your pineal gland established with God and then have it stripped with God's rejection. At least when the wicket are rejected by God they will have the fires of God's presence put them out of their misery, but Jesus suffered in silence for three days and only He knows the deepness of that suffering. Jesus had no mercy in that tomb, unlike the fire that will consume the devil and wicket men with their women, Jesus had no fire that could quiet the harassing plight of a silence pineal gland therefore Jesus suffered without mercy, for three days in the tomb...nj
