SYNOPSIS: This is my weekend writing column for a review of a poem from a selected author. This Column is being titled as "Sunday Musings" with a view to feature an in-depth analysis of any one of the poems from the previous week's postings, selected by me at random to avoid the elaborate review or comment postings by me in the usual comments column. Poet Merrill Auguste's  almost all poems are great success, and have won much appreciations and comments from COSMO viewers.  Hence it was very difficult to choose the best one for my review. However, I shall plan this column in such a way to accommodate almost all style of poems by all poets and poetess of COSMOFUNNEL, which I hope will give more room for encouragement and inspirations to write. The poems selected are purely from my own liking and discretion and has nothing to do with the ratings, voting and favorite aspects. Hope, readers will understand my view point and enjoy my writing. My views and interpretations in this column are purely my own observations, and it has nothing to do with the personal life of the author of the poem. I am eager to read your feed-backs.  The poem which I have taken-up for this Sunday is  " Kiss me "

Thus my heart lay scattered;

across the wings of doves

allow me to drift freely,

intimately, into your bridal love.     

(Love has its own wings, And the white dove always try to sing or whisper on her love, this poem ids elegant, there is nothing quite as exhilarating as the early stages of a romantic relationship)

Touch me, with your

flaming hands, bold

With a burning desire

Invoking my jaded soul

(Just the thought that you may have found your one-and-only can be so thrilling. But, the early stages of falling in love can be as frustrating as they are wonderful)

Allow my fingers to trace,

embedding a deep tribal mark,

your body,my masterpiece,

perfectly enslaved by art

(You can't stop thinking about your lover. You get up and go to sleep obsessing about the relationship and what your future will look like together)

Celebrate with me,

In glancing raindrops born

Mirroring a wishful stare,

As our love enraptures the storm

(Your new love life may consume your energy, focus, and time to the point where everything else going on in your life may feel like a rude intrusion)

Whisper, the path of dreams,

capture me, into an ethereal romance,

Nurture me with your rose blossomed

Lips, taste me into an alluring trance,

     (To some of us, this reaction to love may seem over board. But, many of you know first-hand how falling in love can turn you into an obsessed, needy, and insecure person for a time. You don't have to have emotional issues from the past to feel this way. Of course, if you do, this stage will be particularly difficult for you)

Unfold your pleasures, and thrust

Me deeper and deeper within,

Slip me under your caves of lust,

Devour me, as sleepless nights begin

                ( When you understand you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.)   

Kiss me with your soul

Drain me of my milky blood,

Grasp within your mountains,

Of erupting ecstasy, allow,

(Once in awhile, right in the middle  of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale)

Expressions of love, like putting your arm around someone's shoulder, holding hands, or giving a kiss good night, involve the principle of honesty and deep affection.Sometimes in the heart of a really passionate connect, you almost forget to kiss your love because you are so busy focusing on other areas. But if you can integrate some really awesome kisses into your love routine, you will take a hookup from good to great. And the way that you do this is to make sure that your kisses match what’s going on with the rest of your body.
