"Hello, Thank you for calling Enterprise Internet. My name is Kamrn. How may I help you?" "Look Kamrn I need you to explain my bill, because it's outrageous!" Kamrn could already tell this call was going in the wrong direction. "Sure I will be glad to assist you with your bill. Who am I speaking to?" The customer sucked her teeth and rudely replied " It's Amber and my number is 229-548-2994. My address is 123 Maywest Lane. Anything else you need?" Kamrn tried to remain calm, but the level of rude displayed by Amber was on level ten. Thanks Ms. Amber for verifying the account. “Please call me Amber! I mean do I sound old to you?”, yelled the customer. Amber how may I help you with your bill? Well Kamrn my bill has gone up to $78 and I need to know why? Kamrn examined the customer's bill before answering. “Amber it looks like you were getting a promotion for a year that has ended.”  "What promotion no one told me about a promotion. That's some ole bait and switch shit. Y'all need to find another one because I've been a loyal customer for 12 months. Kamrn explained that each bill showed the amount of the discount and how many months she had left. “I haven't been receiving a bill, plus the service is always going out. The bottom line is I'm not going to pay $78 for a service that doesn't work!”, exclaimed Amber. Kamrn was getting aggravated so she asked to place Amber on hold to what offers were available. Kamrn was thankful for this hold time, because she was starting to get 38 hot. Kamrn interrupted MiMi, who was sitting next to her and said  “Get your auntie off my line.” MiMi starts laughing before responding. I will if you get your grandma off of my line. Kam this lady has called me a Bitch 2 times. Grandma has one more time to do it and I'm transferring her to the Spanish department. Girl Amber on my line begging for credits, because her promo is over. Now all of a sudden her service never works, but she has never called in to report it. Kam now you know how they are. All Im saying is if Amber can't afford it she doesn't need to have it. Melissa and Kamrn met when Kam started working for Enterprise the year before. MiMi was on the training team that trained Kam when she started working there. The two have been friends ever since. Kam what time is your lunch? As soon as I transfer Amber to Spanish. Girl! well Im going then too. Just as Kam was about to return to her call her cell phone started to ring. Kam looked down at her phone and seen that it was Sweitz calling. It had to be important because Sweitz never calls when Kam is at work, she only texts. "Cover me MiMi this is Sweitz." MiMi stood up to watched out for supervisors. Hello what's up Sweitz," Kam said in a  concerned tone.  "Kam He is leaving me!", cried Sweitz.”Who is leaving you?”, asked Kam.  ‘Terrance is leaving me. He said he isn't happy anymore. He called off our engagement. Kam he already has a new apartment. He is moving on without me. What do I tell my kids. Between the crying and the yelling Kam could only understand every other word. "Sweitz stop crying sis, I'm on my way. "Aren't you at work Kam?" "Sweitz  I'm on my way!" Kam stood up and told MiMi she had to go, and that  Terrance just broke up with Sweitz and is moving out. “Ok Kam keep me posted.”, said MiMi as Kam rushed out of the building leaving Amber on hold.
