The Medicine Man

If he wants you 
He pulls you 
Where he always knows what is going on with you 
When he loves you
In secret

You lay there with high fever in the hospital bed 
Just how he wanted it to go 
So you could get that emergency surgery more fast 
Thinking that you will never know

When he made of me along with my family

To cure the ill with only the intention
Empathy and love
Care and The Light we have 
The Islamic, The Jewish 
The magic we have in our fingers 
In our heads 
And most important, in our hearts 
Where the woman needs the man
