Prologue

As I break though the dense woodland I run into a cave and I sit down and check my gear I look at me A1-M4 and I see that I have three clips and one bullet already in the chamber. Fuck I say as I check my browning pistol to find I have one mag and 3 bullets for a total of fifteen for my pistol and 91 of my A1 I check my pack to find three meals one, flashlight with one  set of battery’s, a lighter, a box of matches and one bottle of pain killers. God fucking damn it then I hear them at the mouth of the cave and I load my first mag in my pistol and get ready and they see me and charge and I open fire killing three with the first five shots and one jumps on me and trys to bite me but I quickly grab my knife and bury it in the monsters head and it crys in pain and die and jump up quickly and pick up am A1 and unload it and as I hear the click I pull the empty mag of and load a fresh mag only to find they are all dead I pack up my stuff and move on back to base

chapter one

I wake up around 08:00 just to find my bunkmates already up and eating  private collen walks up a man in his early 20’s well dress and well taken care off I seen that he hasn’t fixed his hair. Major Runyan private Austin Taylor reporting for duty and the others just smile and laughter fills the room I give them the death stair and they shut up and I turn to the young private well young man I welcome you to delta team we are the best of the best and we get the mission done at all cost you get wounded we kill you or you kill yourself got it. He just looks at me in wonder and he said back sir with all respect I don’t plan on getting hurt in battle that’s when I laughed at him and I whispered in his ear they said that same thing before they turned. I looked at my watch and it was 09:30 breakfast  time I walk out the door and I head to the mess hall  my brother in arms Kevin and his sister Anna catch up with me, hey brother I clamp my hand around his forearm in our brotherhood way well look what the cat drug in major James Runyan back to fight I see how old are you now 18 19 I look at him and roll my eyes  18 ½ brother. I look at Anna and think how beautiful she has grown up to be Kevin snapped me back to the real world bro we are eating want to join us I look at him and smile yes brother every much so.

That afternoon I got called down to the war room and so did Kevin which was never a good sign but we go and the leader of the fourth  league of assassins looked at us, both gentleman you are well aware of the bioweapons that the land of over bearers are testing to make a super soldier we has lost contact with our inside man as well as the entire team of assassin undercover in that training grounds I want both of your teams armed and ready by 0:100 you roll out at 0:130 I look at him and question in my team should be ready by then and I ask “sir I need extra members to cover our backs and flanks as we enter” he looks at me and said son we are losing our men to them I have no extra soldiers to spare sorry I  bow to him and walks out and kevin runs to catch up

Bro can our teams handle it i look at him and answer I don’t know brother i really don’t know I trained them  and for them I hope so.

As I walk back into our room I look around and see them goofing off

Soldiers !!! I yell they get up and come at attention. We have a new assessment we will be working with alpha team they yell YES SIR ! I look at them proud to have such fine young men under my command and I look at my watch to see we have 20 min to get ready I walk out to the weaponry and  they ask me “ major Runyan what will your load out be this time” I answered “ I want a M-16 with 10 mags a browning pistol with 10 mags, three first aids, and a silencer both for my M-16 and my browning” they look at me and they hand me my bag with my weapons and I walk over to the bench to check them all out and I pull out my custom red and black M-16 with a acog and front grip and quickly load it and pull the trigger to test it and I get a click I smile for the first time in a while and I pack the rest up after I put my silencer on. I turn to my team guys are you ready we load up. After a long ride we unload in a forest on the other side of alpha team and I radio delta team to alpha delta to alpha come in alpha they return alpha to delta we have the green we are clear to shoot to kill all are deemed hostile. My team walks slowly though the quite forest and I spot two snpiers and I raise my gun and so does officer allen and I count 3……..2……..1…. shoot I pull the trigger and they both drop and they have had their taste  of blood  and we work our way to the camp and find it abandoned I look at my team and mouth clear the camp kill anything that moves and we check tent to tent to find nothing I look at my team and alpha team walks in the camp. Major Runyan the camp is empty no life I look around to find a control switch to bring the elevator up and I find it and flip the switch and we wait checking our guns and aiming it at the doors and when they opened we entered to go down.

20 mins later

 We finally reached the bottom of it and one by one we exit and we check our corners and I yell clear!!! Alpha team walks out and leads the way down a hall way but I get this feeling we are being followed and I can’t shake it so I turn around to find is human shape look at me with red eyes and a mouth full of blood and it screams and runs at me and pump a few rounds into it but it doesn’t go down and it take me to the floor and I can’t reach my knife. It keeps trying to bite me but I finally push it away and I pull out my knife only to see it drop with a knife in its head I turn to see Kevin looking at me. Sir are you bitten  I look at him and shake my head no im not I say and I pick up my gun and check it and I pump a few more rounds into the head of this thing and I move it to find out what attacked me and I read the nametag it was caption Morgan steel I look at her to see the others. Its Morgan is all I can say and Kevin walks up and conforms it. I thought she was dead Kevin looks at me and said she was dead I look at him this shit can’t be happing we have the dead coming back to life and we have assassins turning into zombies I hear more screams and we see about 20 more running at us I yell FALL BACK FALL BACK NOW !!!!  we open fire and back up as fast as we can I run out first and I reload and open fire again and one by one we each used one mag and they are all droped and we regroup in the room where the computers are. What the  fuck are they out there I don’t understand I put about 10 shots in her and the newbie spoke up sir I think they are zombies they only go down with a shot to the head sir I look at him with wonder what is your name newbie and he yelled back zack sir I look at my dogtags and my fallen brother jeff

Chapter 2

I look around the room and I can cut the horror in the air. Zombies damn that’s what we are up against all while im in my mind thinking a challenge finally but then my nicer side chimes in  what about the others you can’t let them down like your past team. Yes I can’t let them down I failed my last team but not this one
