About My Hand joint making ok without surgery

Assallamualaikum

I am Md. Mahidul Islam Mahee From Bangladesh(26). I gave my secondary exam at 2004. on that year i was fall down in street. There was lot of sand and i run away over there. After that i fall down on street and got a heavy pain on my right hand joint solder. After after that  instant moment i feel that i dont have my hand. But after a few moments i got back the feelings of my hand. I cant told my family due to scare.  But after that i cant do some work with my right hand like rounding the hand, bowling, throwing wight a big thing, recently i feel that the speed of my writing got reduce. I consult with doctor they told me that the screw of the joint got reduce and it need to surgery. But i have not ability to surgery and courage too. I need allahs kudrat. Can you help me? Please give me a tarika to make my hand ok.
