The Conciousness

The consciousness is miraculous. I just hope I live to see it.
The stars call to me, maybe I’m too weak to hear it. Maybe I’m imagining it.
I imagine a wasteland; a ruin of what we once called home will be called a wasteland, a ruin.
The consciousness is miraculous. I just pray I live to see it.
Could it be possible for interstellar, intergalactic and multiverse travel? Of course you say it’s just a matter of time. Time can be such a waste of time; they say patience is a virtue. Are you not supposed to feel virtuous, because I don’t? I can’t expect to bend time for sake of making it move faster – it would be too much of a risk to change a single thing with the risk of completely over turning something else in another world, another place…Another time.
How can you not wonder? How can you believe, even for a second, that we’re the only intelligent beings in the universe? The universe is a game of chess for nothing controls it but a single move can change the outcome of an entire platform of life, death, evolution, course…time. It’s just a matter of time, you say.
The consciousness is miraculous. I just hope I live to see such a miracle.
We’re just germs, small bacteria within the universe if you want to talk about size and comparison. The universe is just a catalyst for what may seem impossible for us, to be common in another realm, another dimension. How could someone even begin to think that we’re the only ones? Tell me. Has ignorance reached so far and touched so deep that we are in denial of our own existences? Yes, perhaps not within our solar system. Maybe not even in our galaxy, maybe.
You know why? It’s only a matter of time. We don’t even know the extent of our own galaxy yet some are so sure that we’re the only ones. Space, time, distance – it’s all in our heads, a form of measurement. What’s real is that no matter where, no matter how long, no matter how far or how close – we are not alone. To deny this is to deny your very own existence. How is it possible for me to exist but so impossible for something else out there to exist? Do I even exist? And the answer is yes, yes, yes.
You exist, I exist and they exist. We’re like a house, a home. We know the room we’re in but the walls are soundproof and seem impenetrable but what we don’t know is what lies behind these walls. Who? You know they’re there because you’ve seen it from the corner of your eye and you hear light footsteps on the stairs in the middle of the night. You tend to call yourself insane, that you’re hearing and seeing things. You dispose of your common sense and your purest human instincts for idealism and chivalry. You ditch your own senses for the assumptions of another man who knows little to nothing of what lies just behind these walls. You tell yourself that you are not ready to believe because you’re too afraid to do so, they have made you afraid. Decide for yourself who they are.
The ones who have lied to you and made you forget who and what you really are: a spiritual entity in a human body used as a vessel to manoeuvre itself mentally and physically towards gaining knowledge in this physical realm to carry it and learn. The basic of being human is learning. If you are a human being, you must love to learn. If you do not, then you have lost your way in this world and you must take a step back from what you are doing and take a retake on your life and look upon what you are doing wrong.
You look upon others to teach you, to tell you the difference between A and B but somewhere along the line we’ve forgotten that we too have eyes. We too can smell and we too can experience. There is no such thing as stupid or surreal or impossible, but there is such a thing as patience, thought and perspective, in that order. We look towards others for learning and tutoring and yes, it is necessary to learn from others about things you did not already know but it is unnecessary to be taught about something you do not either want to learn about or have no use for.
Teachers wonder why certain children behave the way they do: They cause havoc, they don’t listen, they rebel, they revel, they disrespect, they lie, and they run away or try to avoid class. They call that child stupid, a culprit. And therefore that is what the child becomes a stupid culprit. But who is truly the stupid one, the one who teaches such that makes no sense to the individual or the individual who avoids and rejects it?
The human brain, no matter how early its stage in development knows exactly what the brain and body needs. Anything else will be rejected and this is fact. Yet many try to force feed the body and the mind because as the human race, we tolerate it.
We are oppressed by fear and we are afraid but what we don’t know that we need to know is how to be brave; how to speak when one feels placed out of line, how to stand when one feels like they need to and how to be seen as a spiritual being for nothing ends in the flesh but the flesh itself. What one must do is adapt, not tolerate. Fix, not stand by with ones hands by ones side and to put thought to action. One must learn how to imagine. A man is only as alive as his thoughts are for there is such a thing as the living dead. We live among them; some of us even live with them. They fall victim because they forget who truly is in charge of their lives – “yes, you can take my life but you cannot rule it”. This is one war already won against unseen forces who try to enslave you by making you fear death.
Death is a natural phenomenon. It is as natural as birth and life. As human beings, we are born knowing how to develop, how to live, how to breathe, how to drink water, how to think. We are not taught these things but these things can be restricted or even completely destroyed. Death is most powerful because one cannot destroy it nor can one restrict it.
One can lengthen life but one cannot avoid it. Isn’t that wonderful? What is it to die? It is to cease to exist. That definition was made to enslave, to oppress and strike fear into the hearts of many. Nothing ever ceases to exist. There is no such thing as nonexistence but only the teleportation, development, repositioning or reforming of one thing to another. The definition of death is incorrect and dangerously archaic. The correct definition should be: To die is to begin a new cycle of life.Â
