help for my boyfriend

name Kayla age 22 have boyfriend that lives in Mcadoo PA his name Daniel shepherd age 38 he having problems down where he at and wants to move but he getting hold by his town council down there and there bad people using different names or other people name even my boyfriend name the cops wont do nothing every time people call bout weird gross sicking smell coming out of his neighbors apartment and his chef of police told my boyfriend that he is the police armorer for them but they go behind his back telling people he not the armorer and that they use the factor for their armorer my the landlord got bedbugs and don't do much work on that but work on the building me and Daniel don't got much money and love to get married and find place to live and him get a job and start a family but his town is what keeping us far apart wish is to find someone to help my love become free from being held up from finding a job and place to live
