Today I got through some great training with Tony Robbins and he explained love in a way I've never heard it before....and what a different thinking I now have....

And what a wonderful wake-up call I feel like I had the greatest wake-up call I could have ever heard

I will always know that as fear comes up there are two sides to it and when I calm the mind Solutions follow and I am at peace again.

Growth
Contribution Beyond ourselves

Be honest with yourself and your partner take time to write down a score of 0 to 10 where are you both in that category of the six human needs and if you don't have it build it because that is the only way it will happen

start a new ritual and make yourself a promise you have the greatest life Journey ever

Watching Tony Robbins today saved my life saved my perspective and change my whole dynamic

When we say we love and we truly mean it in our hearts and we can see it in her eyes as others can see in our eyes that tell us a great deal

Passed down in genetics from thousands of years we are all programmed differently men and women think differently react differently and see life differently and see things differently so that is no excuse to walk away and have the same problem for you to fix when you go ahead in the next life Journey

Today the clarity I gained about myself was all inspiring to know that I was not alone watching it makes me proud

I realized if I never felt safe...didn't know that till now...I never grew up with a family as a child, so that instilled a lot of safety issues.

So how do I know the how to create love or a family, unless I LEARN THE SKILLS from the beautiful motivational inspiring people like Tony Robbins I owe him my life and my sanity

It's most opening experience you ever go through and with the greatest understanding of who you truly are and why you function or act or behave or think the way you do and from there you can rebuild whatever you want in your life and in your mind

Be inspired and grow in love because the pain you experience will give you the greatest connection on Earth

Stop the blame game count your blessings and start your journey off with new rituals new ways of treating each other with love and compassion and understanding that we are all looking for the same thing and companion a best friend best friends a great family and love and peace of mind

Keep challenging yourself to do better because you know you can

this is not a dress rehearsal and don't bring Fear or problems from the past into your future...... Let It Go love again and move on
Engage and remember emotion means motion so keep on with the motion

So I am going forward a strong warrior...and life will be as I create it now...and forever.....so shall it be...
