The causes and solutions to fear on planet earth

Fear is the greatest obstacle for humanity. It will block progress and produce regression; it will cause conflict and war; initially with oneself and then with others. Acceptance and education are some of the keys to reduce fear; as is an open mind and support. Learning how to breathe and open up the heart are the symbols of peace; fear is an instinct that can be reduced. Take a phobia of dentists; avoidance will produce greater fear; attendance will reduce the fear. Look at fear of flying; avoiding overseas travel will produce anxiety and lack of adventure. In turn this will create sadness and loss. Immerse yourself in the fear before it is too late. There are many books on how to reduce fear; grab one today and start your new beginning.
