UNDERSTANDING LIFE

Why can't some good news make news for a change? Why do we have to read about murder, rape, embezzlement and fraud all the time.
Aren't there notes more musical than skeletons rattling in the cupboard, fragrances more aromatic than the smell of decaying cartilage, words more melodious than the chatter of chipped teeth?

I suppose if life were utopian, we wouldn't know what it meant.......
