I wish to have Richard Vernon, Tim Mikel Jr, Michael Jesse, Colleen Mary Holmes-Kittleson
Back into my care ASAP. have full parenting rights reinstated. All negative things taken off
of all of our records. All that help frame us, and said negative false things about us.
Be prosecuted to the fullest en. All of us, never have CPS or state problems never again,
for the rest of all of our lives.

thanks, cps has my four kids. 3 boys and 1 girl.
they our framing us. hide all the good doc. threaten our witness not appear in court.
even get the judge to go there side. even tough casa and the parenting coach says
we our safe with our kids. still judge goes against us every time. cps seems to have to win
every case. it is a set up since day one. they terminated our rights to our boys. going through a appeal
hope the commisioner returns our boys back and prosucute all though wicked people whole our
against us. have ana ppeal going on witbh our daughter too. from the fact finding hearing.
cps just filed and we our going to court for the termination hearing with her too. dont know when it is et.
no matter what we do and change for our kids. cps refuses to ever let us have our kids back.
they lie in court, lie on the issp report, change reports and other things around. big mess we our in.
just would like to warn all parents that our in cps case, beware, that they will have problems getting there kids back.

I am with them, they give you a lot of advice to help you. hope all the appeals win in our favor.

Just as Tina stated  your children know the truth and they
are the ones who will put you and them back together in the end of all
this.(CPS) has a job to do but sometimes they make matters worse than their alleged
reason for removing the kids and it really gets to you, to know that they have
such abusive power as they do and unfortunately you run across a Judge that
hears nothing you are saying but hears everything said and in fact not
said by the State(CPS).Both the State and the magistrate has too much power and
as stated a lot of times it is abused and sometimes they play by the rules.
Sounds in your case they did not. Good luck and they probably as frighten and
shook up as much as you, being away from their mom.Keep your head up and stand your ground....
