U.S Mail

This fabric sculpture was made as a challenge from a quilting magazine with instructions how to make a fabric vessel of any type.  I had been needing a place to hold outgoing mail so I pieced a "quilt", cut it, sewed it, and folded it to make this vessel.  It is machine and hand appliqued.  U.S. Mail is written at the top in alphabet beads.
