This Sense Of Love
For You Forever
A brief feeling of absence and longing
Overcome by solace of true belonging
A heart beats faster for coming nightfall
Your amorous poem my desires recall
Of satisfied lovers their needs now freed
Sweet nourishing words on which I feed
You soothe my worries keep them at bay
Thus vanquish adverse thoughts of day
This sense of worth this sense of being
Now coursing through impassioned veins
But above all else- this sense of love
For you forever my devoted soul retains
